TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

Rentals are on a weekly basis, from 2pm on the Saturday of arrival until 10am on the Saturday of departure. Persons making bookings must be at least eighteen years of age and will take full responsibility for the care of the villa and its contents.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

A deposit of £30 per week booked is required at the time of the booking, with the balance due 30 days before the date of arrival. Deposits on provisional telephone bookings must be received within 4 days. If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival date please enclose your payment in full with your booking form. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to re-let the villa.
Payment should be made by cheque please, but if sending cash a registered envelope should be used. The contract will be deemed to be made when we issue a confirmation of your booking, and a receipt will be sent of all monies received. Details of how to find the villa, including a map etc, will be sent on receipt of the full balance.

CANCELLATIONS

If you do unfortunately have to cancel, please telephone us at once and confirm in writing. This will increase our chance of re-letting the villa. Deposits are not refundable, but provided that we receive written notification of your cancellation at least six weeks in advance of your arrival date, we will not hold you liable for the balance. If you cancel less than six weeks in advance of your arrival date, you will remain liable for payment of the balance in full. We will, however, endeavour to re-let the villa. If successful, your liability to pay the balance will cease, and any balance already paid will be refunded to you (excluding the deposit).

HOLIDAY ENVIRONMENT

One of our key objectives is to ensure a pleasant, relaxing and peaceful holiday for all. We therefore ask all visitors to comply with these terms. We reserve the right to take repossession of the villa if, in our opinion, any party acts in a manner prejudicial to the well being and comfort of neighbours.

PETS

Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

ON DEPARTURE

Please leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition for the comfort and pleasure of those who follow you. Otherwise, extra cleaning charges may be incurred.

BREAKAGES

The hirer shall be liable for any breakages, loss or damage caused by any member(s) of his/her party.

LOSS OR INJURY

Neither the owners nor any personnel representing the owners can be held responsible for any injury to visitors, or loss or damage to their property or vehicles.
Neither can we be held responsible for non-availability of accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control, but the deposit and all other payment will then be refunded in full.
